Transportation

By car

For car travel, this hotel is conveniently located outside of Boston off Exit 13 of I-90 near the intersection of I-90 and I-95. Complimentary self-parking will be available on-site.

By air

Arrival to venue from Boston Logan International Airport

The hotel is outside of Boston Center and 23 miles from Logan Airport (drive time is about 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic). While a cab is an alternative, the most convenient and affordable transport is Logan Express, a wonderful, comfortable bus service that takes you stress-free from the airport directly to its outpost within a mile of the Verve Hotel. From there, the hotel shuttle can pick you up.

Logan Express

We highly recommend the Logan Express. This is a service that the airport offers directly. When guests arrive at Logan Airport, they can access this bus shuttle service curbside outside of baggage claim.  The service runs every half hour on the hour and half hour and will take you directly to the Logan Express Terminal in Framingham. This terminal is located less than 1 mile from the Verve hotel and with a phone call to the hotel (at 508-653-8800) informing them of your arrival in Framingham, they will “be happy to send our complimentary hotel shuttle** to pick you up and take you back to the hotel.” This service will return you to the airport as well.

**Note about hotel shuttle: Please note that our hotel shuttle service is not 24-hours; the shuttle runs on a schedule each morning from 7:00 AM until approximately 10:00 PM, with specific routes and scheduled stops Monday through Friday. However, after this time there is no set schedule and requests for pick-up/drop-off are on a first come, first serve basis. The last shuttle service pick-up in the evening is 10:45 PM. If you will be after 10:45 PM, please call the hotel to arrange for a cab (508-653-8800).

Payment for the Logan Express is easy and cheap (rates below). From the airport, you simply hop on the bus and pay when you arrive at the Framingham Terminal. If you travel from the Terminal to Logan, you pay at the Terminal as well. So, all payment is handled in Framingham and there is no need to purchase tickets in advance. More details below.

US Entry Requirements

All attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, costs, and where necessary, a visa for entry into the U.S. Visa requests should be submitted to the U.S. Embassy in the delegation’s national capital.
